Saya memberi keizinan kepada Worldwide WAQR Services Sdn Bhd dan pembekal (supplier) untuk mengambil keputusan yang terbaik demi memastikan ibadah ini dijalankan dengan sempurna.

I _______ give my consent & authorise Worldwide WAQR Services Sdn Bhd to purchase a Goat/Cow/Part of Cow on behalf of myself or __________ with the intention for performing Qurban and to proceed on my behalf the slaughtering and distribution of the meat in accordance to those in need. I also give my consent and authorisation to Worldwide WAQR Services Sdn Bhd to deploy the Qurban sacrifice to its partners worldwide and to make any decision, in the best interest of achieving the intended purpose of Qurban.
